What you cannot send
For everyone's safety and in line with customs rules, the following are prohibited on HeyColis:
- Cash, cheques, bank cards, precious metals
- Narcotics and illegal substances
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, pyrotechnics
- Flammable or corrosive products, pressurised gas, unprotected lithium batteries
- Counterfeit goods and undeclared merchandise for resale
- Live animals, perishable food that is not vacuum-sealed
- Medicines without a prescription in the recipient's name
