Our mission
To make sending parcels between Europe and the Maghreb simple, traceable and safe, by building trust between senders and carriers.
HeyColis was born from a simple observation: between Europe and the Maghreb, sending a parcel to your family is expensive, slow and often comes with no guarantee at all. Yet every day, thousands of people make the trip with room in their bags.
To make sending parcels between Europe and the Maghreb simple, traceable and safe, by building trust between senders and carriers.
To bring families closer on both sides of the Mediterranean — every parcel tracked, every shipment worry-free.
We would rather turn a carrier away than expose a sender. Identity verification is not negotiable.
No hidden fees, no concealed commission. What you see is what you pay.
We refuse prohibited shipments and guide our users through customs formalities.
Support that speaks your language, an app designed around how the diaspora actually lives.
HeyColis is a young company founded by French-Tunisian entrepreneurs together with the product studio Pixelium. The idea came from repeated personal experience: a parcel entrusted to a cousin that never arrives, a postal shipment billed higher than its contents, a suitcase refused at check-in.
We started with the France–Tunisia corridor, the one we knew best, before opening Algeria and Morocco. The platform now rests on a mobile app, a network of verified carriers and a team based between France and Tunisia.
Our development in France continues with a clear goal: to become the reference for collaborative parcel transport between Europe and the Maghreb.
