Role of the platform

HeyColis is an intermediation service between parcel senders and private or professional carriers. HeyColis is neither a carrier, nor a freight forwarder, nor a custodian of the parcels entrusted. The transport contract is concluded directly between sender and carrier; the platform acts solely as a technical intermediary that puts the parties in touch. HeyColis collects no payment and takes no commission on the transport carried out.
