Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to send a parcel to Tunisia or Algeria?

The price is set by the carrier, usually between €3 and €8 per kilo depending on destination, season and route. Posting your listing and receiving offers are free: you only pay if you accept an offer.

How long does a parcel take to arrive?

It depends on the carrier's trip. By air, a parcel typically leaves within 3 to 10 days of the agreement and arrives on the day of the flight. By road or sea, allow 5 to 15 days. You always see the travel date before accepting an offer.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

HeyColis connects senders and carriers: the transport itself rests on the agreement between you and the carrier, so they are your first point of contact. The time-stamped photos taken at handover evidence the condition of the parcel at departure. Report any incident to us: we step in with the carrier and a profile at fault can be suspended. Insurance cover is being put in place; until it is active, do not send high-value items.
